Felicia Ho is an Associate and Foresight Researcher at Explorer Futures Lab. Over the last 5 years, she has assisted in and co-led workshops in coaching, communication and leadership skills. Her projects she assisted in include Leaders as Coaches (Hong Kong Hospital Authority), Management Express (Stewards Hong Kong), Coaching Skills for Managers (Oracle China). She co-designed The Futures Studio programme which Explorer Consulting delivered to young people in Hong Kong through Rotary Club of Neoteric Hong Kong and St James’ Settlement Hong Kong.
Before Felicia joined Explorer Futures Lab, she worked as Art Administrator at Theatre Noir Foundation from 2012 to 2015. She is also a freelance actress and acted in multiple staged performances with various theatre groups. With her performing skills, she has also participated in role playing in corporate training. Felicia speaks fluent English and Cantonese. She has obtained her Certificate in Futures Design by Institute for The Future in 2020.
